Beware of computer fraud!

This KCAL news story conducted a test in 8 different computer shops!  A lot of technicians missed this one!  Check out the story and remember it pays to be informed as a consumer!  You always want to make sure you can trust the technician who is handling your computer problem.  Things can be over looked very easily and your best bet for the best service possible is to always find someone through a referral!
