Service call:  - (includes1st hour)
This is a service call to the customer location.

Basic Service:
Basic computer work, installing programs, cleanup programs, installing new hardware, resolving network issues, etc.

Diagnosis:
You will be given an exact diagnosis of the problem before any work is done.

Virus / Spyware Removal and Clean Up:
Clean computer of dangerous virus and spyware infections.

New Computer Setup: 
Configure a new computer. Remove unnecessary programs, setup email accounts, install programs, etc.

Restore and Repair Computer:
Restore the computer to its original manufacturer default configuration - Like New!

Retrieve / Restore data:
Retrieve data from a damaged or corrupt hard drive and restore it on a new hard drive or other medium.

Site Evaluation:
Perform a site evaluation for a network, or diagnosis of network problems.

Remote Assistance:
Remote assistance includes accessing your computer via a secure 128 bit SSL encrypted connection.

Emergency service call:
This is an emergency service call outside of our normal business hours. This includes service at the customer location, phone help or remote assistance.

 

Website Services

Compu Care Plus specializes in small to medium size websites for individuals and small companies. Many times individuals and small companies can't afford to pay the high cost of having a website created for them by the larger web development companies. Or perhaps they just want a simple informational site, just enough to get their "feet wet" on the internet. Compu Care Plus can help these individuals decide what they really need that won't break the bank. Compu Care Plus uses website templates (when applicable) and the latest tools to create or maintain your website, always keeping the customers costs as low as possible.

Basic website service:

Basic website service includes but is not limited to modification of existing web pages.

Example: Changing fonts, changing or adding text, changing or adding pictures, fixing broken links, changing backgrounds, file cleanup.

Enhanced website service:

Enhanced website service includes (but is not limited to) creation of website on the host server, creation of new web pages, modification or creation of JavaScript, flash media, or any other web enhancing tools. Modification or creation of graphics which includes logos or emblems, or shopping cart software.

Information:

All web site work will only be done after reading, signing and submitting the Website Work Agreement for approval. Click here. A deposit of $250.00 for administrative costs is required at the time of submitting the Website Work Agreement. All work is done at an hourly rate (see above).
